Job Description:
• Meeting clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
• Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers
• Promote sales of properties through advertisements and participation in multiple listing services.
• Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when details of transactions need to be negotiated
• Answer client’s questions regarding projects, financial issues, maintenance, and appraisals.
• Coordinate appointments to show properties to prospective buyers.
Job Requirements:
➢ 6 months to 1 year of sales experience (brokerage is preferable)
➢ Bachelor Degree is a must
➢ Presentable
➢ Excellent presentation & negotiation skills
➢ Good English proficiency
