Role Summary
Reporting into the Customer Marketing Manager for MENAPT Cluster, you will play a key role in developing the Customer Marketing strategy for the North Africa and LEVANT region. You will be in close collaboration with Category Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain Teams. You will do analyses for the region to ensure better understanding of market, customer and shopper landscape that will be converted into action plans across the channels.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Execute the new launches, define quarterly cycle priorities and cascade the plans through distributors, plan and implement channel-specific trade activities, promotional and merchandising programs as well as developing BTL (in-store) materials
- Lead development of category assortment, price architecture, planogram strategy and consumer promotions
- Manage the budget in charge while overviewing Trade Money initiatives
- Good understanding of shopper insights, market trends and competition driving a high quality of channel/trade plans
- Maintain collaboration with key stakeholders; Sales, Supply Chain, Demand Planning and Category Marketing Team
- Support Sales Team in the development of Joint Business Plans with major customers and distributors securing an alignment on activations
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies
- 3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing
- Experience in trade activations throughout different channels
- Experience with indirect distribution channel management will be an advantage
- Mobility to travel is expected
- FMCG experience
- Strong use of MS Office
- Strong command of English, French is advantageous
Preferred Sklls / Experience / Competencies
- Clear understanding of the different RTM principles/strategies for channels
- Self-starter, acting with integrity
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong communication and team working skills
- Analytical skills
