- Engineering degree / or Computer Science
- CCNA certified.
- CCNP is favorable.
- Awareness of service management system standards.
- ITIL foundation is favorable.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and improve the quality of operational processes and outputs.
- Ensure that quality standards are properly implemented and followed.
- Monitoring and analyzing engineers’ quality performance within department.
- Investigating customers escalations additional to processes’ bottleneck and interlocks.
- Conduct needed coaching and product trainings.
