Managing all Human Resources activities:
• Recruitment: (CVs screening, Interviews, Job offers, Contracts, On-boarding, JDs..).
• Performance Management: (Objectives settings, Development Plan, Appraisal)
• Compensation and Benefits: (Medical &Life insurance, Salaries, Bonus, Allowances..)
• Organizational Development: (Policies, Training, Employees’ Engagement activities)
• Personnel: (Social Insurance, Employees’ Files, overtime, attendance, vacations, etc.)
• Administration: (Travel & Hotel arrangements, Purchasing, Office Maintenance, etc.)
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in business administration or in any realted studies.
– years of experience: from 4 to 6.
-Ex multinationals experience is preferred.
-HR Diploma is preferred.
– Planning & negotiation skills.
– Communication skills
