Responsibilities:
-Identity & establishing new businesses by searching for new clients who could benefit from the products in a designated region.
-Responsible for managing client database. -Work on an enriching database with new clients.
-Maintaining relationships with existing customers. -Negotiating contracts, terms and conditions &finalizing deals with clients.
-Responsible for providing sales reports about monthly activities.
-Ensuring that sales targets are met.
-Responsible for account management.
-Ensure smooth & professional service delivery.
-Responsible for handling all customer complaints & after-sales support.
Requirements:
-Have a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or business.
-Understanding of market and industry conditions. -0-2 years prior experience.
-Detailed oriented & ability to multi-task.
-Possess good business acumen and highly adaptive.
