Job Duties:
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Solving hardware and software problems
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, desktops, Laptops, printers and scanners
• Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems
• Upgrade operating systems with new releases and models
• Assist in managing PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software

Requirements:
• Work Experience from 1 : 3 years as Help Desk
• MCSA or CCNA
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Very good English Languages

– 6 working days Working Hours: 11 AM – 7 PM
Work Location: Mokattam , Cairo
