Planning & Cost Control Engineer
– Minimum experience from 3 to 7 years
– Very good in Primavera
Requirements
– prepare fully detailed baseline time schedule including resources and cost, S-curve and histograms
– Develop, monitor and update the project time schedule and resources
– Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports .
– Develop, monitor and update the project shop drawing and material list.
– construction cost estimating,cost control using cost codes allocation technique
– monitoring and evaluating that the resources cost is within the budget on weekly and monthly basis
– monitoring, reporting and forecasting project cost & revenue trends .
-preparing and issuance of monthly cost reports and monthly forecasts
– preparing actual cost rates as required to support project contracting and procurement activities .
Location : Nasser City
– Work Hours : from 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
