Multinational Insurance Company is Hiring:
(Legal & Compliance Assistant Manager)
With following Qualification:
– Bachelor’s degree in Law.
– 7-15 years of Experience .
-Proven experience in the insurance companies is preferred
– Very command in English
– Effective communication & Presentation skills.
Summery of Duties:
– Review and settle all legal documents endorsements, contracts and any other legal business.
– Review and follow up all FRA related issues.
– Represent the company in all legal authorities’ (court, GAFI ,…etc. )to make sure of business compliance.
– Conduct compliance environment to ensure adherence to environmental standards.
– Identifying compliance issues , FRA implementation required reports
– Identifying all issues that have been solved and complied with the regulators…. etc.
– Providing legal and compliance advice and support for all departments.
