About the Job
- Full supervision on quality inspectors
- Ensure that non-conforming products are distinguished from inspection, testing and isolation of non-conforming products
- Ensure that the measuring equipment is used efficiently to ensure accurate measurement by the quality control
- Compilation of daily production problems and presented to the Director of Quality Control
- Continuous coordination with the quality control laboratory and quality control in the equipment halls regarding daily defects and decisions taken
- Attend quality meetings to solve daily production problems and analyze the causes to prevent recurrence of problems in coordination with all concerned parties
- Prepare for internal and external reviews and customer inspections
- Assist in the development of quality supervisors and inspectors through continuous training and guidance as well as their evaluation
- Making daily, weekly and monthly statistics and reports
- Innovation and creating opportunities for improvement.
- Carry out the work assigned to him by the highest administrative authority
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of Engineering (Textile Engineering is highly preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in the same role
- Ability to audit and analyze problems to determine the root causes of occurrence and prevent recurrence
