About the Job:
Responsible for responding to inquiries of customers about our translators resources.
Responsible for the on boarding & staffing of freelance translators around the globe.
Respond to requests, inquiries & provide effective solutions on time, elaborate and clarify information.
Building a solid global database of translators for long term business needs.
2-3 years of experience in talent resourcing and vendor management (preferable in localization industry)
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Taking initiatives to respond to challenging situations.
Very Dynamic and multitasking person.
Good Experience in building successful business relationship with customers.
Team player in a multi-language/multi-cultural environment.
Knowledge and eagerness to learn and identify new translation technology tools.
