Job Description:
• Receiving vacancies requests and performing the search in accordance with the required qualifications and job descriptions. • Conducting interviews for candidates to select the best candidate fit according to job description and company’s criteria. • Responsible for planning the interview schedule. • Create job description, writing job advertising in various media channels. • Screening CVS and handle phone interviews. • Responsible for the job offer & offer sheet. • Handling all the recruitment operations and following up. • Referring candidates for interviews with other organizations and get their feedback, then follow up the hiring process.
Job Requirement:
-Exp 1 year at least as a recruiter
-V.Good at English
-V.Good communication skills
-Excellent using Microsoft
