Vacancy: Information Security Specialist
Duties:
• Responsible for access control systems
• Acts as the focal point for program information security and security awareness information
• Interacts with multiple IT functions and divisions to identify areas of risk and solutions for improvement including applications development, infrastructure, and systems management.
• Able to analyze security events, manage incidents and implement containment and mitigation strategies.
• Develops system security plans, risk assessments, incident response plans, and contingency plans
• Ensures suspected system security intrusion incidents are reported
• Initiates protective and corrective measures when a security problem is discovered
• Provides security status reporting in compliance with standards and best practices
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 – 5 years of related experience in the following:
o Penetration testing, vulnerability assessment
o Security product engineering tasks including planning, requirements definition, design, documentation, test, integration and deployment
o Access Control systems
o Practical working knowledge of Network Security
