HR Manager Vacancy (National)
We are looking to hire an HR Manager for our site in Marsa Alam
Responsibilities
-Work together with the GM and HODs to deliver the people strategy and to ensure top down implementation and reinforcement of HR best practice. To include but not exhaustive; recruitment and retention, performance development, performance management techniques and initiatives, succession & manpower planning
Develop and communicate a consistent approach to HR best practice.
-Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with local legislative requirements which facilitate the achievement of the business objectives.
-Manage the remuneration and reward strategy ensuring it reinforces the corporate mission and business objectives.
-Communicate with GM and HODs to strategically plan and identify training needs,skills or knowledge gaps.
-Working closely with GM and HODs to plan recruitment strategy, manage and oversee a full cycle recruitment.
Requirements
– 7 + years in HR Manager role, preferably with heavy industry background.
– Experience working in companies of 1000> employees.
– Excellent people management skills.
Rotation: 20 days on / 10 days off.
