About the Job
- Finds solutions for technical or any electrical problem may come through work.
- Applies electrical engineering principles and performs overhaul checklists.
- Performs load test for lifting equipments by a certified third party.
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skilfully, and develops alternative solutions.
- Looks for ways to improve and promote the machine productivity.
- Follows up on all rentals and under warranty equipment.
- Coordinates with outside agents for repair and maintenance, in addition, covers all sites requests and workshops demands of workshop tools, and spare parts.
- Select, lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of professional technicians to ensure that maintenance operations are completed on-time, within budget, and as per the set goals.
- Ensure implementation of the semi annual maintenance projects executed in the Company’s plant for expanding and/or modifying the production lines.
- Respond to emergencies, break-downs, malfunctions, and other operating problems to minimize disruptions to electrical processes.
- Implement an established maintenance program for the electrical apparatus
- Maintain detailed maintenance records so that recurring problems with machinery, equipment, or parts can be identified and addressed.
- Maintain tools and repair equipment in good working order.
- Monitoring soft ware of the equipment program, and keeping record for any change on it.
Job Requirements
- Education: B.SC. degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: From 3 to 7 years of experience in TetraPak Machines.
- Languages: Good English.
- Computer Skills: Excellent Knowledge of Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point,….etc)
- The job location is in Nubaria, the company provide transportation from collection points at Alexandria and Behira.
