Alfth group is hiring HR Supervisor
Coordinate all stages of the hiring process
Address employee conflicts and complete investigations as required
Assess employee engagement and retention
Design and implement training and development programs
Manage all payroll process
Confirm that the required documents are completed and properly filed
Conducting interviews, recruiting, and screen new staff
Arranging training sessions/orientation with all new hires and refresher workshops for existing employees
Assisting managers with staff requirements
Conducting performance mid/annual appraisal & KIP’S with department heads
Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork
Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures
Manage employees relation barreling with labor laws
Update & implement employees benefits program including social, medical coverage & rewards
Proven effective participation in staff party & events
Gender :- Males Only
Salary :- 6,000 to 8,000 EGP per month, Bonus
