Kellogg’s/ Massfood is looking to hire a conscientious and dynamic Food Safety engineer / Quality Assurance for our plant in 6th of October.
HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Quality Assurance – You will provide guidance and support for all aspects of quality and food safety, including validation of Certificate of Analyses (COA) for all incoming raw materials, response to Food Safety events, review and verification of Critical Control Points (CCP).
Audit Ready & Safety Driven – You will be conducting plant food safety and security audits and continually looking for food safety hazards or places to improve the plant and process. You will also be conducting daily product evaluation and employee training in food safety, HACCP, GMPs, and SOPs. You will be a critical on-shift team member and will communicate deficiencies and drive follow-up.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
2 – 4 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, microbiology in a food manufacturing FMCG
Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Food Production/ Food Science/
Diligent- Active and Results-focused – Fluent English & Arabic
