Requirements :
*Experience from (1-2) years in payroll or personnel .
*Excellent computer skills, especially (Excel)
*Excellent command in English .
*Have solid Analytical Acumen and details orientation .
*High level of communication skills .
Reponsibilties :
*Manage and control KPIs, Compensation and benefits of Sales Channels.
*Maintain personnel system (attendance, contracts,…. ).
*Prepare reports of Sales performance (Targets, Commissions,……).
