• Assist the board of directors in coordinating , directing and planning everyday business operations.
• Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff &managing office budgets.
• Handle General Email messages whether incoming or outgoing
• Scanning documents and updating internal systems and archiving
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
• Attending meetings with senior management to take meeting minutes
• Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
• Implementing all tasks requested within the framework.
Language: Excellent command of English
Experience: +5 Years
– Alexandria residence Only
– Major accounting .
