Helpdesk Engineer 2-5 years of experience
• Experience with Windows 7/10.
• Identify, diagnose and resolve technical support.
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
• Provide onsite and remote helpdesk support to end-user.
• Maintain the daily performance of computer systems.
• Diagnoses and resolves end-user software, hardware, network printer, email, internet problems.
• The track, update and maintain helpdesk tickets using internal helpdesk software
