About the Job
- Subcontract planning – Preparation of subcontract plan, review and updating on weekly basis
- Receipt of requisitions for Subcontracting, preparation of RFQs and floating inquiries in consultation with Central Subcontract Department, Singapore
- Receipt of bids and providing clarifications
- Evaluation of bids
- Drafting of Service Agreements / Service Orders / Subcontracts Subcontract administration including the following: – Scrutinizing Subcontractor invoices – Progress monitoring of Subcontract Works / Services – Subcontract close outs – Vendor performance evaluation – Dispute Resolution with Subcontractors
- Maintain database of vendors
- Comply with statutory ISO auditing systems
Job Requirements
- Education: Degree in Engineering(Civil/Mechanical/electrical )
- Skills Required: Strong knowledge of finance and procurement management
- Excellent Knowledge of SAP system
- Ability to maintain strategic relations ships and lead effective change
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strategic & Proactive Thinking
- Dealing with every single figure in complete confidentiality
- Ability to manage the daily work pressure
- Detailed Oriented
- Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in Contracts / Subcontracts .
- Familiarity with Subcontract Planning, Tendering and Award of works.
- Familiarity with Subcontract Administration .
- Familiarity with end usage of SAP / ERP Systems
