For multinational company hiring HR Supervisor
Creates and develops job descriptions, preparing advertisements, screening application forms, short-listing the candidates, interviewing and selecting them as requested
Handle employees files and documents (hard/soft)
Consults with concerned parties regarding employee turnover, absenteeism, changes in work settings, employee motivation and recognition, and other employee-related aspects
Creating, revising and implementing policies and procedures
- Requirements
Education : BS in Business Management, HR Management or equivalent
Experiences: for 3 to 5 years in large companies (not less than 500 employees + extensive experience in Egyptian taxes, labor laws and regulations + HR software and programs in Egypt All experiences must be in Egypt
Language: Fluent in English
Reports to Admin Manager
Basic Salary 10,000 EGP
