Job Requirements:
– Experience: 1 to 2 years as a receptionist.
– English: Fluent.
– Presentable.
– Not veiled.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Good time management skills.
Job Responsibilities but not limited to:
– Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
– Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
– Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
– Scheduling appointments.
