– Job description
• Responsible for managing the finance, tax and accounting department of the company
• Develop, in collaboration with the CEO, the financial and tax strategies of the company
• Perform gap analysis when financial performance deviates from target, suggest corrective actions
• Elaborate and monitor the risk management strategy of the company
• Be part of the executive team
– Requirements: Qualification and Skill
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting (MBA preferred)
• Professional accounting designation (CMA or CPA)
• 10 years of financial management experience and 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent analytical , communication and computer skills
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software
• English language advanced verbal and written skills
