- Handle foreigner Customers inquiries and complaints.
- Log customer details in the CRM.
- Provide customer with accurate information and right solutions.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Graduates and GAP years only
- Fluent English speakers
- Technical background is a plus.
- Excellent communication & problem solving Skills.
- Egyptians only
- Military Service status: Finished or Exempted
