About the Job
  • handling general receptionist tasks (answer phones, taking notes, stick with the to do list for the day)
  • greeting guests
  • in charge of giving guests directions and handling any concerns
  • coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally
  • arrange and confirm reservations
  • check-in and check-out
  • helping with housekeeping (prepare breakfast, calling the laundry, etc)
Job Requirements
  • students and graduated are both welcome
