a senior foreign purchasing specialist for our company Uniboard for Paper&Board industry
• Participate in planning the purchase of requested materials, goods from market within agreed and active plans
• Receive and handle purchasing requests and ensure good quality of the purchased items
• Search for the most qualified buying conditions based on the company registered record of suppliers
• Prepare periodical reports for the evaluation of suppliers in terms of price, quality, payment conditions and proper delivery.
• Update the company database of suppliers regularly to obtain alternative solutions.
• Plan, establish and maintain the conditions of the environmental and occupational health and safety management system.
• Keep record of all the purchased and received orders and provide the Purchasing Manager with necessary reports as required.
