About the Job
- Act as a point of contact for all incoming inquiries (Answer telephone, take messages, greet visitors, transfer calls and provide information to other departments upon request)
- Maintain both hard and digital filing systems
- Schedule meetings, interviews, events and maintain meeting agendas, collection/entry
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Manager.
- Maintain attendance and leaves tracking.
- Ensure office supplies availability and regular office maintenance activities and submit expense report to the finance department.
- Provide general office support including administrative tasks, data entry.
Job Requirements
- 3- 5 Years of Experience as admin assistant
- Bachelor Degree
- Excellent Command of English Language
