• Job descriptions:
Network Engineers are responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring and managing the local and wide area networks of an organization to ensure maximum up time for users. The role can include designing system configurations.
-• Requirements and Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science, IS, MIS, Engineering or related field of study or equivalent industry experience.
Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS, VPNs. Vlans and DHCP.
procuring network equipment and managing subcontractors involved with network installation
Investigating faults in the network.
Updating network equipment to the latest firmware release
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A collaborative approach to work.
have an advanced technical certificate such as CCNP/ CCNP security
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same filed
ITIL Foundation Certified is preferred
