- Analyze and extract valuable customer and market related information.
- Collect market, competitive and customer data through various research techniques with current and prospective customers, and industry experts.
- Maintain intimate knowledge of customer and market requirements, utilizing appropriate tools for further analysis.
- Collaborate with internal customer to communicate research results, driving Market Based Strategy, Marketing and new product development.
- Responsible for presenting data in charts, graphs, tables or other formats for customer or stakeholder presentations.
- Maintain research on competitive destinations regarding product inventory, marketing and sales strategies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of two years previous related job experience.
- Knowledge in the areas of market research.
- Ability to produce accurate and professional documents in a timely manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and relate to varied market segments.
