Executive in the Customer Relations Jobs in City Edge Developments August 2019

City Edge Developments is hiring an Executive in the Customer Relations Department:

– Handle customers’ requests, inquiries, complaints received via (call center / mobile app / website / social media) in a timely manner.
– Meet walk-in customers with minimum waiting time and enhance the overall customer experience.
– Achieve customer’s satisfaction via professional handling, timely problem resolution, product knowledge, regular updates and willingness to help.
– Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers.
– Conduct all necessary follow-up with other departments on behalf of the customer to resolve his / her problems.
– Conduct site tours and provide needed orientation to customers.
– Collect customer’s feedback.
– Provide accurately all needed reports & data.

– Years of Experience: 0 – 2 years in the customer service field.
– Language: Professional working proficiency of Arabic and English.
– Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
– Preferred Residency: Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October, Mohandessine.
