Senior F&B Purchaser

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
•Responsible for any purchase of F&B items required
•Ensures ordered items are of the best quality available in the market.
•Maintain filing and archiving for all purchasing department documents.
•Reviews purchase orders for food, beverage, materials and supplies with regards to reasonableness in terms, specifications, prices, availability, etc.
•Interacts daily with the Executive Chef to ensure kitchen requirements are met and up to standards.
•Updates the market survey list on a monthly basis.
•Maintains a proper supplier and item directories and update monthly.

Job Requirements
•Bachelor’s Degree in commerce.
•3+ years of experience.
•Very good command of the English language.
•Excellent computer skills including Excel.
•Material Control System (Hospitality System for Purchasing) user is highly preferable
•Hospitality (Hotels &/or Restaurants) background is a must.
•Hurghada, Safaga, or any nearby residents are highly preferable.
•A car driving license is a must.
