Job Description:
– Fulfill existing opening vacancies to ensure alignment of recruitment with the manpower plan.
– Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals.
– Conduct face to face interviews, deliver full detailed information about the company, job role, package along with the benefits.
– Create job offers for accepted candidates and do the needed archival
– Update applicant status on the company’s database
Job Requirments:
– Bachelor Degree in any field.
– Minimum 3-5 years of corporate experience in recruitment.
– Fluent in written and spoken English
– Excellent communication skills
– Strong time management skills
– Excellent negotiation skills.
