Dawi Clinics is a fast growing chain of outpatient clinics in Egypt offering integrated healthcare services to families. With 7 branches in Cairo and an ambitious plan to roll-out nationwide, we are seeking to supplement our management team with an Operations Manager.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of all the clinics, will have all the non-medical staff reporting to him, and will be accountable for the clinics’ financial performance and quality of service. He will play a major role in pushing the chain’s expansion in all of Egypt’s governorates, setting and managing high operating standards and promoting Dawi’s core values into the operations team.
The Operations Manager needs to be a very dynamic person, who is able to lead a team of people to achieve challenging goals under pressure. He would have at least 10 years work experience in a multi-branch service chain (health, food, hospitality). He would have high people leadership skills, be comfortable with numbers and used to having P&L responsibility.
