Tour Guide Jobs in Oceanair Travels July 2019

Job Description:
Meet the customers and greet them as soon as they get on board the bus and show people to their seats if necessary.
Outline the tour and timeline before beginning.
Show customers round attractions such as historic monuments, cultural centers and beauty spots, and provide them with background information to help them make the most of their visit.
Provide directions to customers who would like to check out a specific area, and provide information related to lodging, food and other amenities.
Answer any questions that the customers have.
Maintain a positive, friendly demeanor at all times.
Make sure the customers stay together and are safe until the end of the tour.

Job requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience as tour leader or tour guide.
Fluent level of the language.
Prefer who has a driving license
High customer service skills.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Team player.
Flexible person.
Very good time management skills.
