Age: Max. 30.
Work Experience
– A minimum of 2 – 5 years of experience as Call center supervisor.
– Good command in written and spoken English.
– Ability to communicate effectively with staff and clients.
– Strong documentation/reporting skills.
– Analytical/troubleshooting and organizational skills.
