Procurement coordinator is required for a multinational company with the following requirements:

– Bachelor degree (Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Supply Chain and Business Administration)
– 5 years exp
– construction or facility background
– Academic educational background
– V.Good to good English
– Communication skills
– Mathematical skills
– JOB SUMMARY:
– The Procurement and Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for purchasing supplies including but not limited to office and facility supplies, inventory management, facilities maintenance. will be responsible for inquiring quotes for equipment purchases, maintaining vendors and managing build-out projects as assigned.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES •
– Update and maintain the procurement policies and procedures with new/ revised information on an ongoing basis. • Verify all new and existing vendors for suspension and debarment. and document accordingly. • Prepare and submit Request for Proposal (RFP) for bids on orders/ projects as stated on procurement policies. • Regularly run price comparison on frequent order items to ensure the best quality at the most cost-saving products and services.
