Souq.com, an Amazon company, is hiring Chinese speakers for Investigation Specialist Position in Egypt.
Responsibilities;
1- Candidates will be responsible for a wide range of duties related to the investigation and elimination of online ecommerce risk.
2- Excellent individual problem-solving and analytical skills are used to authenticate customers and complex transactions.
3- The Sanctions Investigator will be required to engage in frequent written and verbal communication with department management, risk analysts, risk engineers, other company associates and third-parties to accomplish goals. They may also be required to contact customers by phone.
Qualifications;
1- Bachelor degree is a must to apply for this position.
2- Candidates have to be proficient in English as well as Arabic languages. Expertise in both written and verbal communication across the above mentioned languages is mandatory.
3- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (esp. MS Excel) suite of products skills.
4- Relevant experience in the Risk management domain will be an added advantage.
