Future Group translation services is hiring:
Copy Editor (Fluent in written English & Arabic languages)
• Location: El Mohandeseen
• Fixed Day Shift: 9:00am – 5:30pm (work from home full time is an option)
• Fixed Days off: Friday & Saturday.
Job Description:
• To ensure that translated articles, publications and other materials are free of errors, with fluent Arabic style, easy to read and conform to the publishing style
• Fixing any grammatical, punctuation and spelling errors.
• Double check that names, places and organizations are spelled properly and that facts, dates and statistics are accurate.
• Ensure that articles are written in accordance with the style guide.
• Apply changes to enhance articles’ readability, conciseness and style.
Job Requirements:
• University degree (highly preferred in journalism)
• Experienced as a copy editor at least 2 years (highly preferred in newspapers, book publishers, magazines or marketing agency).
• High fluency in written Arabic and English languages.
• Highly dedicated to fulfill deadlines.
• Excellent command in communication skills.
