Job Title Junior/Senior Technical support and helpdesk. Company Apps2B “located in new Cairo EGYPT”. Job Purpose : Work in a call center or sometimes remotely to take incoming technical calls/chats from customers. You’ll listen then analyze troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for web application such as (internet connection web browser mic web cams etc…) that might impact the customer. You may remotely configure and troubleshoot client’s equipment or simply educate customers. In the event the issue cannot be resolved you would escalate the call to the next tier of support or arrange dates times & access arrangements for a technical visit. Responsibilities : • Working with customers/employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution • Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries

• Analyzing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems • Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves • Working with field engineers to visit customers/employees if the problem is more serious • Testing and fixing faulty equipment Company Industry Online services. Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor degree in the same field. • Experience:0-1 for junior/senior 1-2 years • Communication and writing skills (Arabic & English). • Technical background is a must. • Good team working skills. • Creativity.
