Admin/Training assistant About the Job We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our employees assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Responsibilities: • Managing the day to day operations of the office. • Assisting in making travel arrangements such as booking flights cars and making hotel and restaurant reservations. • Conduct research and draft slides meeting notes and documents • Translation tasks as required

• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone e-mail and mail. • Organizing and scheduling meetings and take detailed minutes • Handling administrative requests and queries from seniors Requirements • Female 1-3 years previous experience in an office environment • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic. • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with IT Experience in managing multiple priorities administrative coordination and logistics. • Well-organized detail-oriented ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills. • Passionate enthusiastic team player with good judgment and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing needs and priorities. • Presentable with high level of professionalism • Approaching new and professional trainers for Projacs training courses. • Marketing Projacs training courses. • Assist in coordinating training courses • Assist in preparing training course outlines Please a copy of your CV and a passport photo at: [email protected]
