A local Iraqi Company (oil & gas) is looking to recruit local Iraqi for the below positions;
1- HR Operation Lead with +10 years experience.
2- HR specialist with +4 years experience.
3- Planning & Cost engineer with the below responsibilities.

• Developing of projects Work Breakdown Structure.
• CTR Preparations
• Projects planning and scheduling using Primavera P6 up to level 5.
• Progress Measurement System (PMS).
• Value Of Work Done (VOWD) in monthly basis.
• Preparing of Progress Payment Certificate (PPC) with all supporting documents and drawings then discuss it with the client.
• Continuously update the schedule & achieved work progress, with 3 weeks look ahead.
• Monthly Budget forecast & costing reports for manpower, equipment and materials.
• Monthly earned value, schedule performance, and cost performance reports.
• Build company own norm and continuously track and update productivity rate, efficiency factors and identifying the road blocks affecting the efficiency.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Preparation of the manpower histogram, S-curve, & other project control tools using Primavera and/or MS Excel.
• Keeping track of the various materials supply chain.
• Attending projects weekly meeting.
