For computer & IT company in New Maadi we are looking to hire:- Technical support • University Degree Experience (0-3 years) males only. • MCSE MCSA or CCNA are preferred. • Very good knowledge of MS infrastructure (Active directory DNS DHCP). • Basic knowledge of Managing Exchange Server 2013.
• Perform backup using Symantec backup exec. • Basic knowledge of MS hyper-v. • Knowledge of Kaspersky admin center. • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills. • Maintain up-to-date Images for all desktop and laptop models. • Remote support of technical issues via telephone and/or with remote support software. • Assist users in resolving technical PC and network problems.
