Software Support Specialist Position Summary: We are currently looking for a Software Support Specialist. will participate in record system application needs and problems for users and provide assistance advice and technical information to customers regarding the use of software applications. Typical Duties : – Provide guidance and assistance in the use of company system applications. – Receive requests from customers for service or problem resolution.

– Notify and document software requirements and defects in our CRM System. – participate in system testing implementation and training. – participate in technical writing for system manual help and release notes. Job Requirements: – Knowledge of Testing procedures and test cases. – Good knowledge in SQL and Databases. – Capable of documenting procedures. – Microsoft Excel required. – Strong written and oral communication skills. – knowledge in ERP a plus. – Have at least one year experience.
