Job Role Summary
Provides advanced support for accounting and reporting processes.
Job Role Responsibilities
Document processing (e.g., filing, scanning, ailing)
Support audit requests
Master data maintenance (e.g., vendor master set up, cost center creation, etc.)
Support analysis and reporting (e.g., internal stewardship, external reporting, data management, creation of reports based on standard templates, etc.)
Journal entries
Invoice support & verification
Ensure compliance with internal controls processes
Execute clerical tasks (such as check runs/receipts quality assurance, refunds, etc.)
Support customer inquiries and processes
Expected Level of Proficiency
