Description 1. Monitors and approves all cash in-flow and out-flow to ensure proper cash flow management.
2. Manages and monitors all activities within the Financial Reporting and Budgeting including; financial analysis and reporting, budgeting, GL maintenance, and cash management.
3. Ensures protection of company assets, internal control, internal auditing and assuring proper insurance coverage.
4. Ensures that administration of the monthly payroll is done properly.
5. Supervises the implementation of any new financial systems or programs and ensures proper staff orientation and training on those systems.
6. Prepares and submits the monthly financial reports (i.e. P&L, analysis of actual vs. budget, bank reconciliation and Balance Sheet reconciliation) 2. Ensures that all company official documents such as licenses and service contracts, etc. are valid to avoid any difficulty in getting the work done in time.
3. Ensures that the periodical maintenance plan for all the office equipment (ex: photocopying machines, faxes, printers � etc) and the office utilities are carried out timely and efficiently.
4. Reviews the monthly report of all the office expenditures ensuring they are supported with original documentation.

Qualifications – Bachelor degree, major Accounting. CPA is preferred. – 5 years of experience in a similar position
