Pharco Group is hiring the below jobs: Junior Accountant and CFO assistant Main duties of the junior accountant: *Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded *Update accounts receivable and issue invoices *Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations *Assist in the processing of balance sheets income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines *Assist with reviewing of expenses payroll records etc. as assigned *Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed *Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports *Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings *Assist with other accounting projects Location: Alexandria Requirements:

*From 0 to2 years of experience *Bachelor’s degree of commerce or any related field. *Excellent English is a MUST *Excellent MS office. *Excellent communication skills. Main duties of the CFO assistant *Prepares a technical worksheet and establish and maintain database *coordinate schedules and update calendar accordingly *Arrange travel logistic associated with other activities and demand *Manage all the day to day administrative tasks *provide work guidance to other administrative support staff in district methods Requirements: *From 1 to 3 years of experience as Admin assistant CFO assistant or commerce Grad with an excellent administrative skills. *Excellent English is a must *Excellent MS office. *Excellent communication skills.
