Flex P Films Egypt S.A.E is hiring a Local – Purchase Officer Responsibilities • Research potential vendors • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers • Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing • Track orders and ensure timely delivery • Prepare the PO from the PR and send it to supplier • Review quality of purchased products • Enter order details
(e.g. vendors quantities prices) into internal databases • Maintain updated records of purchased products delivery information and invoices • Prepare reports on purchases including cost analyses • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage Requirements • experience as a Purchasing Officer 1-3 years • Very Good English • Negotiation skills • BSc in Business Administration or relevant field o Location in 6th of October salary negotiable benefits: social and medical insurance transportation if other interested please send your CV to [email protected] with Job Title in subject
