#Executive_Secretary is urgently required for a structure & Equipment Co. Job Location: Orman Giza Duties and Responsibilities: – 1. Coordinate MD Projects travel arrangements. 2. Support other Senior Management staff in other departments as needed. 3. Serve as a liaison with internal staff at all levels. 4. Acting as a liaison between customers and after sales services department. 5. Assign and monitor clerical and secretarial functions.

6. Draft and edit correspondence communications emails and other documents 7. Screening phone calls inquiries and requests and handling them when appropriate. 8. Preparing the quotations. 9. Maintains office supplies inventory. 10. maintaining filing system and keeping it up-to-date. Job Requirements: 1. 2-3 years experience. 2. Good English Language. 3. V. good Microsoft office package. 4. Good organization skills. 5. Accuracy and good attention to detail. 6.
