Job Description

1. Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.
2. Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
3. Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation
4. Document internal procedures Assist with on boarding of new users

5. Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
6. Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
7. Report issues to the Service Desk for escalation

8. Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and Software

9. Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory.
10. Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.

Job Requirements

1. At least 2 years of proven work experience in similar roles
2. Bachelor’s degree in computer science
3. Good command of English

4. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously 5.Excellent analytical skills

6. Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills 7.Team player – works to ensure team goals are met or exceeded.
8. Ability to meet pressing deadlines
9. Sharp attention to detail
