A large commercial and industrial company looking for Office Manager Experience in import, export and shipping Field
location – Heliopolis, Cairo

About the Job
• Dealing in import and export and follow-up incoming and outgoing shipments, and complete the compilation and communications documents while making sure the arrival of the goods the company’s stores for incoming shipments or receipt of customer shipments issued. And in cooperation with the various departments of the company.
• Dealing with shipping and clearance companies to gain access to better and faster services at the lowest possible cost.
• Audit work to receive and send E-Mail messages and fax your senior management office and indexing these messages. The review and adoption of appointments and interviews for senior management table format.

• The ability to negotiate with local service providers to get the highest quality service at the lowest possible cost.
• Reception visitors to senior management and welcome them both inside and outside the company.
• Organize meetings and prepare the agenda and writing minutes.
• Reservation of hotels and special exhibitions and entry cards.
• Save and maintenance of all files of senior management office so as to ensure their safety and speed called.
• Management are under the scope of supervision and distribution business to them.
• Ensure that all office and electrical appliances are in working continuously and state officials request maintenance from within the company or outside the follow-up and maintenance of all office equipment senior management.
• Help the senior management team in all his works not included in this description by personal request.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• 5+ years in managing Importing and Exporting process logistics.
• Multitasking management & under pressure performance capabilities.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Mastering MS Office and Internet is a must.
• High flexibility in mobility is a strong asset.
